By purchasing our product, you agree to the following shipping and returns policy:

No Refunds or Returns

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damage caused by our own handling or packaging errors.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, packaging mistake, or item arrived broken due to poor handling on our part), we are happy to offer a replacement.

Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.

Once confirmed, we will guide you through the return process.

You must ship the damaged product back to us. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days after payment is made.

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):

West Malaysia: 1–3 business days

Sabah & Sarawak: 2–5 business days

Singapore: 4–7 business days

International: 10-20  business days

Please note that delays caused by courier services or customs (for international) are beyond our control.

Product Quality

Each bottle is carefully handcrafted in limited quantities. Minor variations may occur and are a natural part of artisanal production. These do not affect product quality or performance.
